Junior Miss Newfoundland & Labrador is a confidence-building leadership program designed to empower young girls aged 10-14 across the province to grow, shine, and discover their worth — both on stage and in everyday life.
More than a traditional pageant, Junior Miss NL focuses on confidence, kindness, community involvement, and personal growth. The program provides a positive, supportive environment where participants are encouraged to be themselves, try new things, build friendships, and develop leadership skills that will carry them far beyond the pageant experience.
Titleholders proudly represent Newfoundland & Labrador by attending and volunteering at community events, festivals, fundraisers, school programs, and charitable initiatives throughout the province. Through these experiences, they learn the importance of giving back, public speaking, teamwork, and being positive role models for others.At its heart, Junior Miss NL is about every girl, not just the crown.
The goal is for each participant to leave the program feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of who she is — knowing that her voice matters and her potential is limitless.
